Aligned for the future of Ladies Mile and Queenstown

Bringing the Ladies Mile Masterplan to life.

Introducing the Ladies Mile Landowners Collective

The Ladies Mile Landowners Collective (LMLC) represents all 7 major landowners of the land identified by the Queenstown Lakes District Council’s in their Ladies Mile Masterplan. The LMLC is headed up by proven developers including the Sanderson Group, Queenstown Commercial, Meryhill Limited, Glenpanel LP, and Erskine and Owen. These developers have already unlocked more than 1000 sections in the region and delivered critical infrastructure.

The LMLC is fully aligned with the Council’s proposed plan for Ladies Mile and its ability to deliver the best possible outcome for Queenstown residents. Independent polling has shown the majority are in support of development on Ladies Mile.
